History
OBASA Suites began with three suites in October of 1999 and is now Saskatchewan's largest operator of furnished extended stay corporate accommodations.
Hallmark Place, located in Saskatoon, 2 27-storey 200 unit apartment building that was refurbished and condominiumized as a joint venture project. The entire project was sold out in 24 months. The building is Saskatoon’s tallest and offers spectacular views of the Saskatchewan River and the surrounding horizons.
River’s Edge, in Saskatoon, a three-storey walk-up apartment that was refurbished in 2004, offers spacious three bedroom living.
The Hamilton in Regina, formerly the CIBC Bank building, a 12-storey commercial high-rise was converted to a 72 suite residential condominium in March of 2003. The building contains four levels of indoor parking and one commercial street-level space.
