I wanted facilities that offered the comforts of home, great location, versatility and quality accommodations to house staff coming in on a weekly basis for a three month period of time. The staff members at Obasa were welcoming, friendly and eager to assist me. This level of service was complimented by the condos – each one is beautifully decorated providing all the comforts of home located in a beautiful location. It was readily accepted by staff as a better alternative to staying in a hotel plus it was a cost effective tool for Affinity Credit Union.

I’m sending this letter in appreciation for the outstanding accommodations at the Obasa Suites in Regina. Having a condo setting a few blocks from the office during the transition from Regina to Saskatoon made things so much easier and relaxing for me during a pretty stressful time.
Your place was super clean, with very friendly and helpful staff, and I especially enjoyed the fitness facility to help clear the stress away from my busy days. I loved having a kitchen and enough supplies to get going without having to run to the store every day.
I would recommend the Obasa Suites to anyone over a hotel, especially for an extended stay.
Thanks Again,

Being away from home didn’t mean giving up the comforts of home. Staying at Obasa Suites allowed me to maintain my daily routine while in transition between job placements plus provided my family with comfort, convenience and quality of life. I particularly enjoyed the scenic river views and proximity to Saskatoon’s beautiful trails and parks.

We had a great time at the Brier in Saskatoon!
The accommodations were superb! Throughout the week, we continually expressed our satisfaction to each other with the condo. Last year at the Brier in Halifax, the four of us shared a 1 bedroom suite at Cambridge Suites in Halifax which had alot more to offer than a regular hotel room, but the condo in Saskatoon was much, much better than that.
We were talking to other groups at the Brier. Two couples were sharing a hotel room, and when we described our accommodations they were in awe. When we told then how much it cost us, they were in double awe!!!
Having 5 people share the condo was no problem. We all had our own space, saved money and time by being able to cook breakfast and sometimes lunch/dinner at the condo, were able to do laundry, wash dishes (dishwasher), etc.
The total cost was about half of what we paid in Halifax last year!
Having indoor parking, high speed internet, and being close to downtown were other bonuses.
We are talking about going to the Regina Brier in 2006 and will certainly rent one of your condos again.
Thanks for your help setting up my internet mail connection....it worked great all week.
We were able to continually update the WebPages we constructed to keep our children up to date on the antics of their nutty parents.......closing the Brier Patch on Saturday night, dressing in costume to support our Newfoundland team, etc.
Many Thanks,
